Owens, Mahnesmith wed

James and Linda Owens of Dunkirk announce the marriage of their daughter, Karen Marie Owens, to Ethan Randolph Mahnesmith, son of Randolph and Kathy Mahnesmith of Waynesboro, Va.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Richmond and works as a recruiter at Accenture in Reston, Va.

The groom is a graduate of Roanoke College and works as a paralegal at Greenberg Traurig LLP in Washington, D.C.

They were married Oct. 23, 2010, at Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Owings. A reception following the ceremony was held at the Westin in Annapolis.

The bridal party included many family members and friends of the bride and groom.

The maid of honor was Kelly Owens, sister of the bride.

The best man was Jack Coiner, longtime friend of the groom.

The couple honeymooned in the Caribbean and presently resides in Alexandria, Va.
