Maryland Department of Natural Resources will hold an open house noon-8 p.m. Jan. 26 on Maryland's proposed oyster restoration and aquaculture development plan. The open house is designed to inform citizens and serve as one of the formal scoping meetings for the plan. The meeting will be at the Solomons Volunteer Rescue Squad, 13150 H.G.
