A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Galatia Rickia Elliott, 19, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Nov. 18.
John David Klink, 60, of Oshkosh, Wis., was charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and two counts of third-degree sex offense for events that occurred Sept. 1, 2004, and Feb. 6, 2005.
Lamont Wendell Linkins, 35, of Indian Head was charged with two counts of manufacturing or distributing narcotics for events that occurred Sept. 15 and 16. He was charged in a separate case with two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession, possession of narcotics production equipment, theft of less than $1,000, two firearm or drug trafficking crimes and possession of firearms for events that occurred Dec. 23.
Michael Anthony Toye, 20, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree escape and conspiracy to commit first-degree escape for events that occurred Dec. 11.
Jamar Marcus Young, 22, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Nov. 18.
Brian Carlton Abrams, 51, of Waldorf was charged with attempted third-degree sex offense, attempted fourth-degree sex offense and second-degree assault for events that occurred Dec. 5.
Christopher Ross Aylor, 18, of Bel Alton was charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 11.
Shane Ryan Barnett, 24, of Hughesville was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute drugs and marijuana possession for events that occurred Dec. 21.
Fletcher Earl Blackmon Jr., 39, of Upper Marlboro was charged with two counts of narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Dec. 29.
Johnnie Dartanion Blocker, 20, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Nov. 10.
Jhonte Norris Brawner Jr., 27, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Dec. 9.
William Kenneth Briley III, 34, of Temple Hills was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession, narcotics possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Dec. 22.
Omar Jamal Brooks, 23, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 29.
Donald Jerome Butler, 52, of Bryantown was charged with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, two counts of reckless endangerment and two counts of possessing an unregistered rifle or shotgun for events that occurred Dec. 12.
Ronald Xavier Butler, 41, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree murder for events that occurred Dec. 20.
Catherine Fielder Christopher, 73, of Waldorf was charged with fraud, theft of more than $500, three counts of receiving or retaining a lost credit card and three counts of scheming to charge another's credit card for more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 23 and 24, 2008, and Jan. 6, March 9, 16 and 23 and April 11, 2009.
Ronald Sheree Delaney, 22, of Clinton was charged with first-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, four counts of fourth-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 10.
Vincent Kaidece Dyson, 31, of Bowie was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and unlawfully taking a motor vehicle for events that occurred Oct. 21.
Marcellus Ramone Freeman, 19, of Washington, D.C., was charged with three counts of armed robbery, six counts of handgun use in commission of a felony or violent crime, three counts of robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, two counts of first-degree burglary, wearing, carrying or transporting a handgun, possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction and possession of a regulated firearm or ammunition by a person under 21 for events that occurred Dec. 14.
Tony Keith Grant, 23, of Suitland was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute drugs, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred Dec. 11.
Christopher Eugene Hall, 26, of Lanham was charged with two counts of theft of less than $500, two counts of counterfeiting private documents and issuing a private document for events that occurred June 30.
Darryl Anthony Hall, 24, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 27.
Robert Kermit Hayden III, 38, of Newburg was charged with first-degree assault, wearing and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure and reckless endangerment from a motor vehicle for events that occurred Dec. 28.
Stacy Lauren Jackson, 21, of Hughesville was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute drugs and marijuana possession for events that occurred Dec. 21.
Kevin Jerrell Johnson, 28, of Waldorf was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree escape and first-degree escape for events that occurred Dec. 11.
Robert Gary Jones Jr., 46, of Hughesville was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred July 23.
Daryle Stephonne Lane, 22, of Temple Hills was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, four counts of fourth-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary for events that occurred Dec. 10.
Shawn Mackall, 20, of Indian Head was charged with two counts of second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense and theft of more than $500 for events that occurred July 1 and Sept. 18.
Mukunta Kunta Mazimba, 31, of College Park was charged with theft scheme of more than $500, 12 counts of possessing a falsely made instrument and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of more than $500 for events that occurred Feb. 19 and 25.
Juanita Yolanda McDowell, 49, of Washington, D.C., was charged with two counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Oct. 19 and Nov. 9 and 12.
Phillip Desales Miles, 18, of La Plata was charged with second-degree rape and second-degree sex offense for events that occurred July 1.
Tolonzo Stephon Rhodes, 25, of Capitol Heights was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, drug possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute drugs, marijuana possession and making a false statement to a peace officer for events that occurred Dec. 11.
Jonathan Lemar Robertson, 23, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, two counts of handgun use in a felony or violent crime, attempted robbery with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery, second-degree assault, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, reckless endangerment, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred Nov. 8 and 13.
Jerrell Deshawn Tibbs, 23, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 29.
Vestal Bullock Thomas Jr., 33, of Clinton was charged with theft of more than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 27.
Carlos Antonio Watson, 19, of Nanjemoy was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Dec. 12.
James Edward Wright, 18, of Waldorf was charged with theft scheme and three counts of theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Nov. 19.
Aaron Paul Toye, 46, of Hughesville was charged with second-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 for events that occurred July 23.
David Wayne Williams, 45, of Indian Head was charged with first-degree burglary, armed robbery, first-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Oct. 7.
