Yu, Markward to wed

Lenore and Harry Markward of Huntingtown announce the engagement of their son, Darren Markward, to Meyli Yu.

The groom-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Calvert High School and a 2004 graduate of Towson University. He is currently employed at the accounting firm of Stout, Causey and Horning in Hunt Valley.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda and a 2008 graduate of UMBC. She is currently employed at the NFL Players Association in Baltimore.

A May 2011 wedding is planned.
