Household hazardous waste collection will be 9 a.m.-3 p.m. July 3 at the landfill on Billingsley Road, Waldorf. Items accepted include pesticides, herbicides, fertilizer, gasoline, motor oil, antifreeze, paint, cleaning supplies, pool chemicals, batteries, expired prescription drugs, and other poisons that are around your house.
