The re-established Strawberry Hills Civic Association in Bryans Road recently held its first community cleanup and cookout. Seventy-plus residents filled a 30-foot trash bin while cleaning each street and the neighborhood park on Strawberry Drive. The association meets from 7 to 8 p.m. every second Monday of the month at Free Gospel Church of Bryans Road, 3180 Livingston Road, Indian Head.
