Charles County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing 7 p.m. Aug. 3 to gain citizen comments about a rezoning request by COPT-FACC Indian Head LLC to change the zoning of the Indian Head Science and Technology Park from business park and medium residential to planned employment park to allow for a greater mix of uses on the property.
