Steven Christobel Cabezas Sr., 54, of Bryans Road died July 20, 2009, at home.
Mr. Cabezas was a construction engineer with JCC Company.
Born Feb. 3, 1955, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Travis Williamson and Cecilia Williamson.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Janet Cabezas; son, Steven Cabezas Jr.; daughter, Lisa Cabezas; stepchildren, Toni Adams and Nathan Wood; sisters, Karen Olive and Kathy Johnson; and three stepgrandchildren.
Visitation with prayers was held July 26 at Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata, where a service was held July 27. The Rev. Fred McIntyre officiated. Burial was private.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements were handled by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home.
