Bennett joins network
Debbie Bennett of Annie’s Early Learning Center in Hughesville has joined the Southern Maryland Business Network.
Annie’s Early Learning Center is an early learning center for children ages 2 to 12. The center offers a summer camp program and before- and after-school care.
Bennett is also the chairwoman for the Charles County Commission for Women.
SMBN is an independent nonprofit organization that encourages business referrals and new business relationships.

Hensler joins RPI
A new partner has been added to the leadership of RPI Group Inc., a privately held, veteran-owned company that has clients in Southern Maryland.
James D. Hensler joins RPI after spending six years on the professional staff of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, where he was the staff director⁄chief counsel.
Hensler brings an added level of expertise to RPI in government relations, according to a press release from the firm. Additionally, he will spearhead RPI affiliations with Washington, D.C.-based government relations firms, including The Livingston Group LLC and American Defense International Inc.
Headquartered in Fredericksburg, Va., RPI serves clients in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
