Indictments

A Charles County Grand Jury has handed down the following indictments:

David Lee Allison, 35, of Fort Washington was charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault for events that occurred March 3.

Eric Warren Ammann, 34, of Suitland was charged with theft felony theft, petty theft, drug possession, litter dumping, driving on a suspended license and driving without a license for events that occurred July 10.

Michael Antoine Barnes, 31, of La Plata was charged with drug possession, possession of marijuana and two counts of possession with intent to distribute for events that occurred July 21.

Thomas Louis Bracey, 26, of Waldorf was charged with assault with a pistol for events that occurred June 16.

Richard Lee Brown, 19, of Brandywine was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, narcotics production equipment and drug manufacturing for events that occurred July 9.

Michael Rodney Buckler, 35, of Mechanicsville was charged with felony theft scheme and conspiracy to commit felony theft scheme for events that occurred April 12.

Steven Paul Burnette, 19, of Waldorf was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, narcotics production equipment and drug manufacturing for events that occurred July 9.

Joseph Edmond Chase, 20, of La Plata was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred July 4.

Clifton Shawn Clayton, 32, of Laurel was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred June 1.

Sofia Delaney, 33, of California was charged with felony theft scheme and conspiracy to commit felony theft scheme for events that occurred April 12.

Marvin Marcus Fields, 35, of Waldorf was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and petty theft for events that occurred April 3.

Damon Edmond Gardner, 28, of Fairfax, Va., was charged with first-degree assault, felony handgun use, two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of reckless endangerment and two counts of carrying a handgun for events that occurred June 19.

Thomas Michael Grant Jr., 20, of White Plains was charged with third-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property for events that occurred June 5.

Melissa Jane Higgs, 20, of Waldorf was charged with felony theft and conspiracy to commit felony theft for events that occurred June 27.

Charles Richard Jackson, 42, of Temple Hills was charged with drug possession and possession with intent to distribute for events that occurred July 14.

Shalonda Deltraiese Jackson, 29, of La Plata was charged with two counts of identity theft and three counts of using another’s credit card numbers for events that occurred May 9.

Ricky Ricardo Keys, 16, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of attempted second-degree sex offense, two counts of second-degree sex offense, four counts of second-degree assault, two counts of fourth-degree sex offense and sexual abuse of a minor for events that occurred June 1.

Christopher Naoki Liggins, 19, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault for events that occurred June 4.

Grace Elizabeth Lobis, 19, of Chester, Pa., was charged with identity theft, attempted felony theft, two counts of using another’s credit card, two counts of stealing a credit card, conspiracy to commit credit card theft and possession of an altered government identification card for events that occurred June 12.

Frank Darrin Moore, 40, of Prince Frederick was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred July 4.

Valerie Christine Ndungu, 54, of Fort Washington was charged with felony theft, identity theft, attempted felony theft and possession of a false government identification document for events that occurred June 13.
