Waldorf gas station clerk robbed
Two people threatened a gas station clerk with a knife and demanded money at 11 p.m. Oct. 12 in Waldorf.
The clerk complied, and the robbers fled the Safeway gas station at 10 Kings St., the Charles County Sheriff's Office reported. Both suspects were dressed in dark clothing, and one robber was wearing a mask.
The clerk was not injured.
TV taken in burglary at Dentsville home
Someone stole jewelry, money, game systems and a television during a Dentsville burglary between Oct. 9 and 10.
The burglars broke through the basement door of the home in the 10700 block of Prince Charles Drive, the sheriff's office reported.
Officer S. Weedon is investigating.
Teens robbed
Two teens were walking in Waldorf at about 10 p.m. Oct. 9 when a group approached them and threatened them with a baseball bat. During the encounter near Fur Seal Court, the robbers demanded the victims' cell phones and an iPod. The men ran away, and the victims went home and called police. Officer J. Morales is investigating.
