A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:
Christina Marie Boyce, 35, of Waldorf was charged with narcotics manufacturing and distribution for events that occurred Feb. 27.
Charles Sylvester Butler Jr., 26, of Charlotte Hall was charged with drug possession, possession with intent to distribute and driving without a license for events that occurred Sept. 22.
Nicholas James Butts, 17, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, two counts of transporting a handgun, two counts of possession of a regulated firearm, felony handgun use, possession of a loaded weapon and possession of marijuana for events that occurred Sept. 21.
Jared Everett Carter, 23, of White Plains was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, driving under the influence, driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and failure to drive right of center for events that occurred Aug. 12.
Corey Latisse Chase, 36, of Newburg was charged with first-degree burglary, first-degree assault, carrying a deadly weapon, second-degree assault and third-degree burglary for events that occurred Sept. 28.
Dennis Elsworth Cooper, 21, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession and possession with intent to distribute for events that occurred Sept. 8.
Kelvin Elijah Dickens, 40, of Indian Head was charged with three counts of drug possession, drug manufacturing and distribution, five counts of possession with intent to distribute, drug production equipment, firearm and drug trafficking, felony theft and possession of a regulated stolen firearm for events that occurred Sept. 15.
Aikeem Shareef Eleby, 19, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of felony credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit felony credit card fraud, two counts of carrying a credit card belonging to another, petty theft, identity theft and felony identity theft for events that occurred Aug. 9 and 10.
James Winfield Estep, 41, of Waldorf was charged with drug manufacturing and distribution and attempting to elude police for events that occurred Aug. 4.
Calvin Junior Foote Jr., 42, of Waldorf was charged with four counts of second-degree assault, malicious destruction of property and resisting arrest for events that occurred Sept. 23.
Dontae Omar Fowler, 19, of Waldorf was charged with two counts of felony credit card fraud, conspiracy to commit felony credit card fraud, two counts of carrying a credit card belonging to another, petty theft, identity theft and felony identity theft for events that occurred Aug. 9 and 10.
Thomas Steven Gelzer, 43, of Bryans Road was charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault, carrying a deadly weapon, attempting to elude police and reckless driving for events that occurred Sept. 24.
Willie Gibson III, 45, of Washington, D.C., was charged with felony theft, petty theft, conspiracy to commit felony theft and conspiracy to commit petty theft for events that occurred Aug. 10 and 18.
Tia Tamika Goines, 25, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, five counts of second-degree assault, second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer and malicious destruction of property for events that occurred Sept. 19.
Xavier Deangelo Green, 18, of Clinton was charged with attempted armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, attempted petty theft, conspiracy to commit petty theft, two counts of carrying a deadly weapon and three counts of concealing a deadly weapon for events that occurred Sept. 25.
Jonathan David Hagens, 21, of Indian Head was charged with second-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property for events that occurred Sept. 20.
David Anthony Hayden, 21, of Cobb Island was charged with second-degree arson and two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree arson for events that occurred Aug. 14.
Tyrone Lamont Jackson, 20, of La Plata was charged with drug possession and possession with intent to distribute for events that occurred Sept. 22.
Darren Daniel Jones, 18, of Capitol Heights was charged with three counts of rogue and vagabond, conspiracy to commit rogue and vagabond, two counts of petty theft, three counts of malicious destruction of property, felony theft, attempted felony theft, attempted unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police and reckless driving for events that occurred Sept. 9.
Shadonna Anne Lewis, 18, of Nanjemoy was charged with felony theft scheme for events that occurred July 27.
Eugene Thomas Long, 20, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, drug production equipment, possession of marijuana, attempting to elude police, driving on a suspended license, displaying registered plates issued to another vehicle and reckless driving for events that occurred Sept. 18
Derek Steffon Matthews, 30, of La Plata was charged with drug possession and possession with intent to distribute for events that occurred Sept. 14.
Anthony Louis Medley, 18, of Accokeek was charged with three counts of drug possession, possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy drug manufacturing for events that occurred Sept. 20.
Alexander Nathaniel Murray, 18, of Capitol Heights was charged with three counts of rogue and vagabond, conspiracy to commit rogue and vagabond, two counts of petty theft, three counts of malicious destruction of property, felony theft, attempted felony theft, attempted unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police and reckless driving for events that occurred Sept. 9.
Debra Renee Newman, 46, of La Plata was charged with felony theft scheme for events that occurred Jan. 1.
Joshua Lee Oliver, 20, of Cobb Island was charged with second-degree arson and two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree arson for events that occurred Aug. 14.
Theo Leonard Pelzer, 26, of Washington, D.C., was charged with felony theft and conspiracy to commit felony theft for events that occurred Aug. 7.
Devin Albert Philyaw, 16, of Hughesville was charged with possession of a handgun, possession of a handgun on school property and two counts of possession of a regulated firearm under the age of 21 for events that occurred Sept. 25.
