Dunkirk

TV stolen from Wal-Mart

On Nov. 12 at 8:20 a.m., Tfc. Donaldson responded to the Dunkirk Wal-Mart for a reported theft. Someone stole a 19-inch Vizio TV from the store without paying.

Huntingtown

Man arrested for possession of cocaine

On Nov.14 at 7:25 p.m., Tfc. Donaldson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Hunting Creek Road in Huntingtown. Alfred G. Hicks, 38 of Germantown, was arrested for driving under the influence. A search revealed that he was in possession of cocaine and cocaine paraphernalia. He was taken to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

Lusby

Unlocked vehicle stolen

Someone stole a red 2004 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck from a home on Robin Court in Lusby between 7 p.m. Oct. 30 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 31. The truck is valued at $14,895. The owner said the truck was unlocked and he believes a set of keys may have been inside the vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dfc. Edwin Bradley at 410-535-2800.

Money stolen from residence

A victim on Hilltop Court told Cpl. Todd Smith that on Oct. 29 between 11 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., someone gained entry to his residence and stole approximately $110 in change. Anyone with information is asked to contact Lt. Steve Jones at 410-535-2800, Ext. 2462.

Man charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia

After investigating a parked vehicle at Driftwood Beach on Santa Cruz Drive on Oct. 31 at 2:10 a.m., Dfc. Edwin Bradley allegedly found one of the occupants to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. He subsequently charged Ameer Abdullah Farahat, 22, of Waldorf with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a foil smoking device.

Prince Frederick

Man charged with disorderly conduct and assault

On Nov. 13 at 7:47 p.m., Trooper Bender responded to the Safeway in Prince Frederick for a reported disorderly person. Maurice F. Jacks, 47, of Dunkirk was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault. He was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.

Two men arrested after fight

On Nov. 14 at 12:01 a.m., Trooper Wyer was conducting a patrol check at the Calvert Village Shopping Center in Prince Frederick and found two subjects fighting in front of the Greene Turtle Restaurant. Sean R. Tayman, 30, of Prince Frederick and Mark M. Spears, 22, of Huntingtown were arrested and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
