Indictments

A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:

Taiwo Akinyeke, 26, of Hyattsville was charged with two counts of theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme involving more than $500 for events that occurred Dec. 23 and 24.

Keith Edward Anderson, 42, of Lanham was charged with three counts of counterfeiting private documents, three counts of issuing private documents, theft of more than $500, two counts of attempted theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to issue a private document for events that occurred Sept. 24 and 25.

Keishon Lamar Bethea, 25, of Washington, D.C., was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and theft of more than $500 for events that occurred July 10.

Fredy O. Calix, 34, of Woodbridge, Va., was charged with second-degree rape for events that occurred Aug. 7.

Jeffrey Alan Dement, 44, of La Plata was charged with theft scheme involving more than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme involving more than $500 for events that occurred Sept. 8.

Joyce Louise Dillow, 38, of Dunkirk was charged with three counts of first-degree escape for events that occurred June 12 and July 7 and 9.

Jamel Lamar Dixon, 18, of Fort Washington was charged with theft of more than $1,000 and less than $10,000, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500 and marijuana possession for events that occurred Oct. 10.

Teeda Deborah Gantt, 30, of Mechanicsville was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred Oct. 19.

Mark E. Gregory, 31, of Crofton was charged with second-degree arson, insurance fraud, attempted theft of more than $500 and making a false statement to an officer for events that occurred Nov. 22, 2008.

Christopher Devin Heard, 29, of Fort Washington was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred July 15.

John Michael Hemming Jr., 28, of Waldorf was charged with theft of more than $10,000 and less than $100,000 for events that occurred Oct. 21.

Sean Monroe McMillon, 28, of Waldorf was charged with manufacturing or distributing narcotics for events that occurred April 18, 2008.

Richard Frank Oliver Jr., 16, of Waldorf was charged was an adult with first-degree burglary, theft of more than $500, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun and possession of a regulated firearm and ammunition by a person under the age of 21 for events that occurred Sept. 27.

Keith Lamont Parker, 37, of Lanham was charged with three counts of counterfeiting private documents, three counts of issuing private documents, theft of more than $500, two counts of attempted theft of more than $500, conspiracy to commit theft of more than $500 and conspiracy to issue private documents for events that occurred Sept. 24 and 25.

Glenn Bernard Proctor, 42, of Newburg was charged with theft scheme involving more than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme involving more than $500 for events that occurred Sept. 8.

Gabriel William Taliaferro, 18, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, conspiracy to commit malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and making a false statement to an officer for events that occurred Oct. 29.

Jessalynn Mae Vargas, 28, of Clinton was charged with theft scheme involving more than $500 and 14 counts of theft of less than $500 for events that occurred between June 3 and Aug. 4.

Demetrius Davon Wallace, 21, of Accokeek was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Oct. 28.

Robert Leon Williams, 20, of Temple Hills was charged with theft of more than $1,000 and less than $10,000, unlawfully taking a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, rogue and vagabond, possessing burglary tools, fourth-degree burglary and marijuana possession for events that occurred Nov. 5.
