Maryland Technology Development Corporation will present information on technology transfer and commercialization funding opportunities from 2-3:30 p.m. Dec. 11 at its office, 5565 Sterrett Place, Suite 214, Columbia. These state and federal funding programs provide financial support for the development of technologies for commercialization in collaboration with Maryland universities and federal laboratories. Charles County Chamber of Commerce will hold its "spirit day" all day Dec. 15, hosted by Apple Spice Junction, 6750 Crain Highway, La Plata.
